Australian Dairy Farms Group is using the ASX announcements to spruik the sale of its farm near Warrnambool.
"The Glenfyne Farm is in picture perfect condition as can be seen in the attached pictures," the group said in a statement to the market, which includes a link to a sales video.
"This property is listed with agent Gerard Delany, Ray White Rural Timboon and is anticipated that it will be of special interest to sheep and lamb growers who are enjoying strong market prices and are paying decent prices for high quality grass farms."
The group says the Yaringa farm bought in early October means it no longer needs the fodder from Glenfyne.
