Your're a "boofhead" boffin 1979!
ROC is no stellar performer but is that because ROC IS a dog or because the market wrongly perceives it as a dog.
My frustration is with the market..why is it that ROC takes the plunges which the energy sector dishes out but fails to properly ride the "up elevator".
Oh ROC you have promised so much for so long...when will you deliver your potential!
