Not in the least. My view is that management is accountable to 100% of shareholders not 15% of shareholders calling the shots. You may have a different view of course but it doesn't seem sensible or professional to me to have a minority of shareholders talking for all shareholders without actually consulting those other shareholders. I prefer my shareholdings to be represented equally regardless of whether I am a minority or majority shareholder.
