i have no problem with performance shares linked to revenue growth and sales completed targets met
i have a real problem with start up tech companies issuing performance shares for people doing a job theyThe shares are already very well paid to do and should perform
Performance shares should only be issued if they are linked to sales targets and the company is viably in profit they are not they have not made a dime they get paid a lot of money already to do a job of work building the coy
Dl you guys see what they are been paid in a couple pant making nothing and they need more come on
