Seems to me like a collision between old and new worlds, i.e., the rigid but legally necessary old ways of the asx versus the new twittersphere, instagram etc and the interpretations of what is viewed to have been a breach. It's a picture, we all know SKI and AUZ have been negotiating, that's not new so move along nothing to see here. A highly subjective area that will need clarifying and without guidelines it will be an ongoing issue for all companies.
I mean honestly asking what was discussed on a trade mission dinner meeting what a crock who are the asx kidding?
