You seem to be clutching at straws with many of your posts. Statements like 'seems like the deal might fall over' are either posted out of frustration or otherwise simply dumb.
If you have no patience, may I suggest you get out of the spec end of the market. FYI..........This is not the only stock where expected timelines haven't been met.
IMO the main difference being, whereas other stocks have fallen behind timelines due to the fault of Management, this one is due to the complexity of the deal and the numerous parties involved that have to sign off on it.
If you believe in the VEC story, hang on for a little while longer and reap the rewards you obviously bought the stock for in the first instance.
