    ANSWER:

Happy to assist. I’ll start with your question about Hot Copper. Yes, I will admit that I occasionaly read the posts on that site. I do my best to try and stay in tune with what shareholders and potential shareholders may be saying or how they might be feeling about our company. That site is one of the many blogs and boards that I regulary visit. It is a normal part of my weekly reading and market research but only a very small part.

Now for your big questions - We are keenly aware that some people may be having a bit of anxiety as we await the gas processing plant to come online. However, we are very happy with the effort being put forth by Atmos and the operator as they work the final kinks out of the process. It’s our view that a little anxiety now is sure worth not having distribution problems later. A leak or something of that sort is no small matter when millions of cubic feet of gas per day are involved. All the wells we have drilled to target depth have either hit gas, oil or both. Believe me, we want them online too. Before that can happen the plant must be fully operational. Since the gas needs someplace to go, other than the atmosphere even the wells that have oil present will require a gas connection before we can separate, pump and sell the oil.

Gas did go through the plant yesterday and was cleaned and processed to the desired specifications. The inspection of the system found a couple of adjustments that needed to be made and another that requires a part. The operator and Atmos will impliment those adjustments and process another round of gas shortly. It’s important to note that the Operator is confident enough in the plant being completed that the acid trucks and other equipment are already present.

Please keep in mind that this is the conclusion of many years of work by the operator and was underway well before Austin was involved. We just happen to be the benficiary an effort that has culminated into many kilometers of pipeline, the drilling of our our wells to date, the 60 wells or so that were drilled by the operator over the last 10 years and a gas processing plant that required the local government to bring in larger power generating equipment just to prevent the local community from having a power black out, AND it is all just a brief moment from completion.

Please be patient just a tiny bit longer and know that we want this as much as you.

    Thanks for staying with us,

    Kenny
