Ann: Fourth Supplementary Prospectus - Updated Timetable, page-13

I am curious to know if the proposed AGM, Sydney, 2pm, November 27th, (please correct me if I am in error), will be affected by today's announcement? And likewise if the release of the same will have any bearing on today's close of applications for the current CR? Some uncanny alignments of dates. . . will the closing date for the CR be extended once more, in fairness to anybody already committed who feels uncomfortable with the ever changing goal posts? Will the AGM remain, or is everything now on hold? Really wish that this Federal Court issue had been settled long ago, before all of this confusion! I just hope that nobody's family Christmas is going to be rocked by any of this, because it is begining to look as if the entire timetable is about to be thrown completely out of whack now.
