    Mrs Peel , don't get me wrong , i'm not saying IT IS a capital raing , but if there's lots of flies around - well you-know . But if it were a capital raising my guess would be a placement to Warwick's sophisticated investors of 20 million shares @ 12 cents = 2.4 million
