The way I read it there may be an option to hold your shares in the new unlisted co.....that is the way I am looking at going but I am not sure about how to sell them when unlisted or if they pay a div and a few other concerns......may have to educate myself on unlisted shares....should be huge. I have cleaned up with health shares over the last several years and can't get enough of em....thankfully holding IXJ by far my biggest allocation, and NHF, MPL and HSO.

Yeah, the future might bright for all hose reasons but the health (and aged-care sectors) are dependent on the whim of government too.
