I pretty agree entirely with what you're saying SP3 but my concern is primarily focussed on market sentiment and re-action after so long a wait and the performance of the ASX in recent months.

No amount of good news has made significant changes to some companies SP over the past year or two and surely most have recognised that many SP's have inexplicably retreated after great news - at times I just shake my head trying to understand it.
You are no doubt right in that if a smaller brokerage house or even a deep pocketed investor take a serious interest then yeah, the SP would likely head to over 4 or 5 cents - time will tell and again, I hope I am way off the mark.
