I know, I know, I know... I should have let this thread die off..
But it struck me that no one raised the point that surely Jayne would have only made this appointment if she had gained great confidence about the future outlook of the company. After all, luring a former colleague (and one would imagine "friends" to some extent) away from a safe, secure job with a major airline, to join you at your new company would be a terrible thing to do if you had any doubt about it's future?
