I tend to agree...it took too long to get the deal in place with Ganfeng. We know that Ganfeng have been on the hunt for more spod forever from PLS comments that their customers would take more if they could produce it. I think PLS said this back in June? At the same time it has been obvious that JRO would not be able to take all of their committed spod and this was communicated by AJM in July when they said that Lionergy would pick up the slack.
deal should have been done in August or September at the latest. Might have avoided the need to borrow another US$15m as well.
Lets hope they pick up the BOD pick up their game and realise that they can't sit on their hands and wait for things to happen. They need to make them happen if they want to be a successful miner.
