Had a quick chat with Mark ystd regarding COW IPO being shelved.

What he said make some sense - at this juncture of the market, few are interested in subscribing to COW @ 20c when they can buy producing mines like AJM (traded down to 18c recently), AMAL/TAW etc around the same price. Ofc we should be comparing market cap instead of share price. But the psychological part is true, why go for startup when there's bargain in the street for producing mines. Plus he does want to get the merger out of the way before looking into COW IPO again in Jan 2019.
