    I can't recall the exact nature / undertakings around the proxy discussions and the SoA. (I did not utilise the CTPSA proxy process). Maybe I'm grossly incorrect and happy to be told so, I didn't believe that the proxy process is an enduring one? Isn't the use of proxy votes, only for a specifically nominated matter?
