If you understood what I was saying dargie oh sage one, they will have had inventory backing for any cap raising. Say if you have 70000 barrels equity (around 20 days share of production), it is not hard to basically get a partial loan on that equity.
I am sure it will take time before cash actually accrues in the OEL bank account, but that doesn't mean it is not there and has no value.
