There may just be a knockout blow, but not as you suggest john12, just imagine if they (BPO) came out and said that Monsanto has entered into an agreement with BPO on say have exclusive rights in the US to Termilone, for say a couple of hundred million plus 5% royalties?? or perhaps they may even be looking at buying the overhang that ANZ holds? not sure though that that would be enough for a takeover? not without the SP skyrocketing anyway, and even then they would probably need around 70% takeup to achieve that,but I woulsd say that whoever supplies the chemicals in the US now for termite control would be out of their minds if they hadn't thought about BPO very hard and what it may do to their own buisness when Termilone gets the nod! so all in all I am happy to hold and may even buy some more at these prices?
