    Thanks.

I understand traders are frustrated but I also believe that they need to accept responsibility for their own choices.

Some traders look at stocks as nothing more than numbers rolling down their screens, jumping in and out like a space invaders video game.

The mum & dad Christmas dinner money tied up argument does not fly..If you are proactive enough to actively invest to improve your financial well being you need to do your home work before committing to anything...Things don't always go to plan and you should not leave yourself or your Christmas plans exposed.

This trading halt was flagged well in advance & dilligent investors should have understood the territory that is attached to such a large company transformation & recompliance.

Under the presumption that managers of QBL were not aware a shareholder was potentially breaking trade laws they should not be held responsible by upset traders with short term ambitions.

Management have no choice but to see the Federal court action out & it will take however long it takes..It is in no way up to the company but is necessary if QBL want to get back to trading.

As for funds tied up in the cr...Management have a responsibility to shareholders & investors..Investors are not people who apply for cheap shares under a company transformation & want their money back because trading is delayed by a few months..These are traders.

Management are going to look after the company's interests & investors with a longer term vision...I doubt they have much sympathy for those who have had their funds tied up longer than they intended to make a quick buck & move on to the next pump of the day.

Please understand I'm not against short term trading but when employed the risks and inconvenience associated need to be understood & excepted.

Don't get me wrong either..My not so old car thats out of warranty may need a new engine or so I'm told..It would be handy to have that liquidity available when you need it but doesn't always work out that way.

    Regards, Dan
