I love you guys. If you could distribute all these opinions around the following areas it would be MUCH appreciated.

St.Kilda, Elwood, Seaford, Frankston, Seddon, Footscray.

Even better, could you please picket the auctions in those suburbs with placards saying "THE SKY IS FALLING" or the "THE END IS NIGH"

How about this "I'D RATHER BE RENTING THAN LOSING MONEY" (that one would be sort of ironic don't you think?)

I had such fun back in 2004 when we had the same arguments every Sunday (like clockwork) on Hotcopper. There were you guys, or your mates, who were forecasting a 40% drop within 12 months (sound familiar) and the articles were being copied/pasted thick and fast (just like now).

Back then the journalists were arguing that the share market was taking all the money out of property and as a result prices would drop for sure.

I wasted a lot of time arguing with the tools and just kept buying property, they kept renting. Guess what happened?
