I made an offer on a property 3 weeks ago. Approved for duplex with an old house on it renting for $280 pre week. They were asking $320K so I offered them $280K... They laughed at me. Two days ago I got a call saying they would take $280K, I told them to find a buyer and offered $250k. Agent is supposed to get back to me by Saturday (my deadline).
Just goes to show more realistic prices are coming onto the market everyday.
