This SCNN is a convolutional mechanism working within a Neuromorphic architecture (there can be endless Neuromorphic type architectures) - this example is a million convolutional neutrons. They also have processors with integrate and fire spiking neurons, but I think even in their ‘next generation’ version of the processor, they only have one thousand neurons - not a threat to BrainChip at this stage.
