Large share holders should get togeather a notice pursuant to section 203D of the Corporations Act with the intention to move a resolution for the removal of incompetent leadership and to appoint professional leadership that can get the job done!
I would vote them out along with 90% of other shareholders, the time frames broken are just ridiculous... you can’t put all the blame on Senegal government for this, the company has huge potential with the right management, and current leadership needs to be made accountable now.
