Yes, if it becomes a norm for interventionist shareholders then no doubt regulations will be put in place and management/board will report on what percentage of time is spent managing shareholders and what percentage on managing the company. And perhaps, if there are negative outcomes for intervention by shareholders they will be held accountable. It is a whole new world and one evolving as we speak. As I said, interesting perhaps as a template for the future.
