    This debt WAS included in the releases CNP made regarding 'total debt outstanding' and does constitute debt that is included on a 'look through' basis. p28 of the 1/2yr presentation.

    In other words, this is a positive signal that they are chipping away at the 'total debt' to be refinanced for the group.
