I googled Alternative Resource Capital they have only been operating since January this year. They are brokers who arrange finance in part for mining companies. Small team of five men who have dual interest roles in other like shelf companies. They have yet to lodge a return. My thoughts: Blackham has contracted them to raise company profile for finance purposes. ARC publishes a series of positive stories on their client to make them look like a good investment. ARC's story has been picked up by Proactive Investors who are on BLK's pay role. That's why the story reads like past reports from Blackham and BD's dream of expansion with mythical funding. When a similar report comes from a reputable broker I will sit up and take notice.
