the problem is that with interest rates rising, food costs rising, perol prices rising etc etc, the financial strain on households is keeping many people at home and businesses are more likely to conduct their business via other methods such as conference calls.
so fuel costs are a big deal. particularly to virgin blue who have messed up in a big big way.
