centro mcs financiers agree to 2 yr refinance, page-59

lol no dutch...just have a think abt it

would it be better to refinance the high quality MCS as security. BUT no, less quality ones got refinanced.

so where those high quality ones gone? unless already or been selling off?

my fren used work on these MCS so he knows them inside out.
That why he so surprise that only these MCS got refinance and the 1st thing come into his mind was..may be the quality mcs dont need refinance.
