Whilst some are saying 20 billion market it is actually some where near 45 Billion market for HIV . He who takes on our drug will knock ouy 11 others in that 45 bil market place . do the sums  , Gilead by the way sold 13 billion of their drug in first year and paid for their investment of 11.4 billion in 9 months . Wouldn't you want to pay of your investment of your house in nine months .
