    Just for clarity mate, we're on the same team here, you obviously are far more knowledgeable than me in the industry! In absolute sincerity I'm just trying to decide which way to vote on these resolutions, so see this as healthy debate!

    Just based on you're response there, what I understand is the "deal" is based on the suitor paying for what they believe the drug is worth, not the company?

    Therefore, should Gilead or whomever were to make such a deal, they would purely be buying BIT225 from Biotron for say $10bil, not the shares.

    In which case we / SH would not necessarily get a slice of the pie [except dividends] but the market should re-rate the SP assuming Biotron had Billions in their coffers?


    If that's the not the case, then any such suitor looking to take over Biotron as a company would surely have to consider Biotron's other assets and projects (which I don't claim to know much about), but MC would surely be considered?

    Still learning/ never been through a TO scenario before, thanks for the advice/info.
