It might have merit at the appropriate time Sam, it just isn’t this AGM.
I’m not against it if the circumstances are compelling, but I’m not convinced fund participation is based on shares on offer and share price.
If the company were approached by a fund who stated that as a requirement then sure it would be a different story.
It’s probably more likely based on fundamentals and market cap I would think.
