    They can shovel as many MOUs onto the existing pile of MOUs as they want. There won't be any dollar signs until the big F word comes along and a launch occurs.

    I'm still dirty that my messages to management remain unacknowledged. How does 'everything remain on track' when launch for Q1, 2019 has clearly been delayed and they have an overdue invoice?
