Matter of opinion re how much doom n gloom has been already been priced in and how much doom n gloom 1 thinks will actually transpire.
I've never heard of any of these alternative lenders you listed ..again imo the vast majority if the population will do what they've always done and trust a big bank.for example do you reckon an 83 yr old is gonna take out a term deposit with cba or with no name Jonny come lately finance Corp ?
Anyways all good. I'm liking apt btw ..just would like it more if it was cheaper..
