Perth has been struggling for last few years. Talk of green shoots and bottom for last 6 months and nothing much happening.
BUT vacancy rates falling, GST justice, and jobs growth. 2019 could see a quick small rebound. There really are a lot of very good value houses out there at moment, apartments are still in danger along with the new burbs.
