There's a clear difference. Hunter can call anytime and the company are only too happy to give whatever spin the want people to believe, because they know full well that Hunter then relays this crap to everyone on the forum. The spoken word counts for nothing.
You on the hand are asking for something in writing, and as such they sre accountable. So obviously they wont reply.
