    You keep.mentioning Caterpillar as so it's a done deal.if it was Seani the SP would not be where it is with FAT complete.


    Nothing says in writing Caterpillar will progress going forward I think that is reflective of little buyer interest in particular from instos. You need to stop referring to CAT as a done deal.


    Even if CAT do go binding that is the market expectation so I don't think it will be any surprise to the market now its pretty much priced in at a 200 million market cap 


    There will still be a long period to a final model rolling of a production line. I would imagine CAT will have there own extensive R ND process. As Mike said they move slowly CAT 


    I think we will get there but it in my view will be a decade before we see robots mainstream on our streets building houses en mass . In the interim it will be a nice niche business you should also note the growth of modular & 3d concrete printed houses fast becoming an alternative to traditional brick homes 


    modular in particular is growing at a rapid rate as is pre fabbed homes in factories it won’t be easy with increased competition
