Amongst clinicians, there is a saying that goes: ‘Be skeptical when something is being claimed to “cure” cancer.’ Cancer is not one medical condition but instead, describes a myriad of illnesses that span anywhere from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma to neuroendocrine tumours and everything in between. They all manifest differently via different physiological mechanisms. Therefore, it is silly to claim that something is capable of ‘curing’ all of these, irrespective of their categorical subtypes.
