The same thing will happen with the Phoenixing allegations, there will be few, if any, records so it wont be pursued. He may come unstuck on the 3 insolvent trading claims for FRB however, that are already in the preliminary liquidators report unless they are able to hide those somehow. But will ASIC bother chasing these either?
