@sholtz do you still expect a happy AGM? To me it feels like this will now extend as late as Easter. In 2016 I laughed at SP3 for suggesting it would take as long as Easter 2016, how wrong we all were...

Our Indian Partners know that we are out of cash, they also know that our source of cash (ELF) will not be available to us until this agreement is signed and construction underway. Are we getting strung along for one more final rework of the numbers??

I wonder how we actually survived these past few weeks/months??? The old guard no doubt. I hope we have enough funding to remain solvent whilst this additional review takes place.

To me it almost feels like NLC and then NMDC are tick tacking between reasons for delay. And at each turn the agreement is slightly changing in their favour. First we had the equity changes from 75/12.5/12.5 to 49/25.5/25.5. Now we have the opex changes to the project and requirements for cash/bonds. What will happen next? Whilst we have no money we are easy pickings.

To think that the entire project is held up for yet another time because one person is unable to make a meeting... Spin it how you want people, this is starting to feel like a stitch up good an proper. Yeah we will get to the signing one day, but what will the agreement be by then. They are now reviewing the review that was reviewed by the external review consultants before that was reviewed in the TPA, then MPA and now RCA.

Don't get me wrong, I am dead set keen for this to happen and now, but in the words of Lautrec "close the deal" FFS
