Golden Rim Resources are at a cross roads.

             1. Desperately need to execute a transaction on Paguanta.

             2. Complete the scoping study now at Kouri considering the resource base already.

Testing targets adjacent to the resource already defined at Kouri closely resembles their strategy at Paguanta.

Capital raising for further delineation of the resource base is clearly on the horizon and once again it will coincide with a low share price.

They need to demonstrate a focus on developing Kouri before trying to raise more money.  To me it just looks like DIRECTIONALESS RESOURCE ADDITION.
