dapper maybe you should ring JD this is the email I received from Mr Bond and I stress it is an email from mister Bond but I shall be at the AGM tomorrow that is why I am not going to waste JD's time until tomorrow to confirm the contents.
t was a huge surprise when I got the call from JD. The main points of our discussion

1 Project finance is very close - one very large financier is very interested in the project along with two large banks
2. The cap raising is open to all comers not just JDs friends, JD offered to send me the broking house name if I was interested in getting in on the cap raise
3. JD agreed with my sentiments thar Glencore and Nystar were in my words a handbrake on our operations
4. Glencore exiting the board, whilst upsetting for them , has opened up other avenues, as other parties are now interested in getting involved,  
5. Nystar in all sorts of trouble with their large debt and small amount of assets in their balance sheet so they may not be a participant for much longer
6. JD has every faith as is very confident in Cutmore to close the deal for the finance
