    the announcement of the results of AGM voting says Res 1 - The Adoption of the Remuneration Report was passed as an Ordinary Resolution.

    The Against votes were 34.18% !!!

    Isn't the Remuneration Report voted down if greater than 25% vote against the Rem Report???

    What am I missing?

    I thought that Res was Not Passed?
