And yet @hoots can point to gaps that were waiting to be filled and over the last x months have been.  The drop is not just here, it has more to do with being on Indexes and them valuing at fundamentals i.e. P/E and pricing in risk.   

Would you risk ~$400M (shorts outstanding) on Jayne H dropping the SP on her own down to below $7ish......there was 20M shorts left outstanding when the gap up to $13 occurred, that was from around $6 up to $13, these have to be covered at some point.  I would say the use of CEO's selling stock (Geoff B sold every year) to assist in implementing implement trading strategies designed to cover shorts and accumulate index stocks far more likely that the CEO actions alone.  

Look at the patterns people.
