I assume you were trying to be funny.... or is it a case that you need to do a bit more research on your subject matter?
If an OT does come with the PEA, I'll fall off my chair.... I doubt anyone following AGY has an expectation of a joint PEA and OT annoucement.
Just last week JZ said PEA in about a week and OT perhaps this quarter - so AGY isn't setting any such expectation.... but happy for them to under promise and over deliver
