1. Will there be a structure built outdoors with adhesive and
2. When ?
If "the market" is not getting excited about the latest developments I am not confident the major players CAT, Weinguys etc will either. There is now a serious deadline and that is the CAT binding deadline. Missed deadline again - another extension ? I doubt it. Hoping for the best though.
