I think the sticking point is that they're trying to sell property into a very very depressed market, added to which, the market knows they're very distressed assets, so even if they do sell them they well might not make enough ... which means then that they'll have to start hawking the good stuff - the aviation and shipping... which will be a big problem for cashflow ...
some big selling coming on... you well might get them at .50 at the rate ..
