The difference with the likes of Carnegie and their ilk is they never really have a clear and firm pathway and timeline to commercialisation. they make a model and then they make a new version of it. so it is a constant R&D process.
HX is now ready for commercialisation as they say. If FBR turned around and said we aren't ready for commercialisation, we need to make HX2, then we can be concerned. I don't think they will do that.
Hopefully we find out much more about what is due to happen in 2019 today at the AGM
