My expierience with machinery over 4 decades tells me the current prototype is not the last you will see before it starts rolling of a production line it’s yet to our knowledge been tested in an outdoor environment exposed to the elements 

If CAT are to be the manufacturer then I wold suggest they would have there own R N D process and refinement suggestions before committing to moulds and production assembly lines 

Machinery is very complex and contains hundreds of moving parts a simple thing like a 30 cent part cab stop machinery. In its tracks much like a car 

I would suggest you will see a HX 3-4 before you will see the final article ready to roll of a line . Lots of time and money to be spent yet in my view
