    re: two signs in perth I know the one on the deen hotel as i lived in perth when it was installed...the bgc sign has been there for quite sometime...did LUM build that sign...i dont think so...and if it did where is the revenue from it...i think that is just a standard sign like the one for anz etc in Perth CBD...just a plain static neon sign??

    But look closer at these announcements re Perth...

    The official launch of Lumacom's first of a number of media network
    signs took place at the Aberdeen Hotel on Friday 28th July, 2000.


    Now here are announcements for what seems to me are 2 seperate deals in perth

    ASX RELEASE

    Lumacom is pleased to announce the receipt of an order from its
    Australian non-exclusive Licensee for "chip modules" for a 40 square
    metre LumaPanel sign. This order underscores the Company's
    manufacturing licensing strategy as part of the Company's world-wide
    commercialisation plans and represents the first of a number of
    similar orders anticipated from the Licensee.

    The LumaPanel sign is destined for a prime West Perth roof-top
    location and will be similar in technical specification to the recent
    BGC roof-top installation in The Esplanade, Perth (viewable from the
    North & South Perth foreshores and Kings Park).

    Lumacom Limited ("Lumacom") is pleased to announce that it has been
    awarded the contract to supply a large sign on the Perth CBD skyline
    for BGC (Australia) Pty Ltd.

    The contract involves the manufacture and installation of a 4 metre
    high x 20 metre long, night display LumaSign on the roof of the
    Griffin Building overlooking the Swan River. Perth City Council
    approval was granted during the course of the week ended 1st December
    2000.





    Now there seems to me 3 signs in perth..the aberdeen...and 2 others ...one 80 sq m and one 40 sq metres...


    How many signs are in Perth alone??
