    It's an exciting new era for this stock.

    The possibility of stapling inside two years...a newish board unshackled by the past cronyism...and a marketplace that s now starting to look at the real intrinsic value of PTN...which is THE best value in the REITS at present.

    Buying demand has increased substantially and the price is up close on 7% this week.

    At 63 cents its still a long way short of NTA of $1.05

    PTN is a possible takeover or merge target and the new CEO is an expert at leading these.
