I emailed Shelley this morning for an update as to when the KPMG report was due. I got a reply back this afternoon. Apparently there is no KPMG report per se.....KPMG are assisting in all things Corporate. There is a lot of activity around NWE at the moment especially given the sp. Their advice and assistance has been invaluable.

She was hoping that the 3D approval will be out in the next few weeks. She was desperately trying to get it before the AGM but it won't happen now. The acquisition of the 3D uses technology that involves divers places individual nodes on the sea floor...this is a first for Australia and the approval procedure has taken a lot longer than envisaged....NWE are going to claim R&D costs for this 3D aquisition. Fingers crossed.

The procedure and consultations to get this over the line are truly frustrating.

She reminded me to get my votes in for the forthcoming AGM which I must do now. I hope the AGM goes well and does not suffer any unprofessional questions from the floor that prevailed last time. NWE voting forms are available from Computershare.

I still believe NWE has some outstanding permits and the recent corporate activity re permits surrounding Waitsia can only improve the situation.
